OPM, CARLEP in collaboration with Bhutan Biogas program (BBP) under Department of Livestock organized a day long consultation meeting on “implementation of biogas activities in six eastern Dzongkhags” today, 28th August 2019 at Agriculture Research and Development Center (ARDC), Wengkhar, Mongar. The meeting was attended by DLOs, ADLOs, LPS, and biogas focal person from six eastern Dzongkhags. The meeting aimed to identify the challenges, find collective solutions and accordingly formulate the way forward for better implementation of biogas activities in the east.

After the successful ending of the meeting, it is expected that CARLEP in collaboration with Bhutan Biogas Program to take biogas installations in the eastern regions to the next level in coming financial years.
